Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct end-to-end tender and bidding processes in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Analyze supplier bids, proposals, and quotations to determine optimal value and compliance
  • Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships through regular communication and performance evaluations
  • Prepare and manage procurement documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and specifications
  • Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities for cost optimization
  • Ensure timely payment processing and resolution of supplier-related issues

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of tender processes, bidding procedures, and contract management
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
