Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end tender and bidding processes in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Analyze supplier bids, proposals, and quotations to determine optimal value and compliance
- Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships through regular communication and performance evaluations
- Prepare and manage procurement documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and specifications
- Monitor market trends and identify new sourcing opportunities for cost optimization
- Ensure timely payment processing and resolution of supplier-related issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing or logistics industry
- Strong knowledge of tender processes, bidding procedures, and contract management
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and multiple priorities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation and data management
