Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and identifying reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality raw materials.
- Managing the entire procurement cycle, from purchase requisition to delivery tracking.
- Negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to optimize company costs.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance data.
- Collaborating with the warehouse and production teams to forecast demand and prevent stock-outs.
- Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and food safety standards.
- Preparing periodic reports on procurement expenditures and market price trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, particularly in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to build long-term vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP software.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain logistics.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
