Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, purchase order creation, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with Head Office and branch departments to identify and fulfill purchasing requirements efficiently.
- Source and evaluate potential vendors to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers to maximize cost savings.
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, including cost analysis and vendor performance tracking.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and internal audit standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Procurement software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with the manufacturing or logistics industry is considered a strong advantage.
