With 7 strategic branches across Jabodetabek and a presence in Bali, we are committed to serving authentic Indonesian cuisine with the highest quality ingredients. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Staff to join our dynamic operations team in Cisauk, Banten.
As our Procurement Staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless supply chain of our restaurants. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with vendors to maintain our high standards of food quality while optimizing costs. Tanggung Jawab
- Managing the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and quotation to delivery tracking.
- Conducting regular market surveys to ensure the best competitive pricing and high-quality raw materials.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with branch managers to ensure stock availability.
- Processing Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and ensuring timely documentation.
- Evaluating supplier performance regarding delivery timelines, quality compliance, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborating with the finance department to verify invoices and payment status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory management systems.
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple supplier relationships simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to be based in Cisauk, Banten and occasionally travel if required.
