Epsindo Jaya Pratama is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As a key member of our supply chain division, you will drive cost-effective sourcing strategies while maintaining quality standards across vendor relationships. This role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end procurement processes, from initial supplier identification through negotiation and order fulfillment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce operational costs, and ensure timely delivery of critical materials. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and identify qualified suppliers across multiple categories
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve optimal cost savings
- Manage procurement lifecycle from PO issuance to goods receipt verification
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and SLA compliance
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships through regular communication
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless delivery coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement/sourcing experience
- Proven negotiation skills with vendor management expertise
- Strong analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Certified in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) is advantageous
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
