PT Anugerah Bhakti Pratama is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Staff to optimize our company's procurement processes. In this critical role, you'll manage the entire end-to-end procurement cycle for goods and services, ensuring cost efficiency, supplier compliance, and operational excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify sourcing requirements, conduct market research, and negotiate strategic partnerships with vendors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services
- Conduct market research and vendor analysis to identify optimal sourcing opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders
- Implement cost-saving strategies and process improvements
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of procurement/logistics experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
