Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential vendors to ensure optimal pricing and delivery terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on price trends and alternative suppliers.
  • Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and ensure all documentation meets company standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive procurement reports for management review, highlighting cost savings and performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Staff, Purchasing Officer, or in a similar administrative role within the manufacturing or trading sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
