Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities for raw materials.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with vendors to secure favorable terms and ensure competitive pricing.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including supplier data, prices, and performance metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
