Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional looking for a high-impact short-term opportunity? Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Procurement Staff to join our team for a 5-month maternity leave replacement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a global leader in HR solutions while managing end-to-end procurement processes in a dynamic environment.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee purchase orders to ensure company standards are met. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, from purchase requisition to final delivery and payment processing.
  • Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with company policy.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate terms to ensure cost-efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify supply requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stock shortages.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly procurement reports to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for data tracking) and ERP software experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Available to commit immediately for the full 5-month duration of the maternity leave contract.
