Pasifik Satelit Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Staff (Buyer) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a critical role in optimizing our purchasing operations by ensuring the efficient acquisition of high-quality goods and services. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement process, from verifying purchase requests to conducting rigorous vendor negotiations and managing delivery timelines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and analyze purchase requests (PR) to ensure accuracy, budget compliance, and technical requirement alignment.
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, Request for Quotation (RFQ), and purchase order issuance.
- Conduct competitive price negotiations with vendors to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and track the status of purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all documentation is compliant with internal audit requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies in shipments or invoices.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key suppliers to improve service levels and lead times.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for management review, highlighting key performance metrics and cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively with diverse vendors and service providers.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
