Jaya Digital Property is looking for a dynamic Procurement Staff to join our growing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring that all construction materials and services are sourced timely, cost-effectively, and to the highest quality standards.
As our Procurement Staff, you will bridge the gap between project requirements and vendor performance. You will engage in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and meticulous documentation to support our large-scale construction initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for construction materials and project-based services.
- Source, evaluate, and qualify potential vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality deliverables.
- Review and process purchase requisitions while maintaining adherence to budget constraints and project timelines.
- Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to maximize value for the company.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to forecast material requirements and prevent site delays.
- Monitor vendor performance, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contract specifications.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports, including cost analysis and inventory status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, specifically within the construction or property development industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, technical specifications, and local vendor markets.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and experience with ERP systems or procurement software is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both in Indonesian and English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in handling contracts and invoices.
