Our team is looking for a dedicated Procurement Staff (Import) to join our growing operations in Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our international purchasing strategy, ensuring seamless coordination between our global vendors and internal logistics teams.
The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end import procurement lifecycle, from initial Purchase Order issuance to the successful receipt of goods. You will be responsible for maintaining strong vendor relationships, navigating international trade requirements, and optimizing procurement timelines to ensure business continuity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the complete end-to-end import procurement cycle for various raw materials and products.
- Coordinate closely with overseas vendors to ensure timely order processing and adherence to quality specifications.
- Monitor and track shipment progress from Purchase Order (PO) issuance to final warehouse delivery.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping, customs, or documentation issues promptly.
- Prepare and review import documentation to ensure compliance with local trade regulations and internal standards.
- Maintain an organized database of vendor performance, pricing updates, and lead times.
- Execute proactive follow-ups on delayed orders to minimize operational impact.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in import procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration.
- Strong understanding of international trade terms (Incoterms), import regulations, and shipping processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with international suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP/inventory management software.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English (written and spoken).
