Join PT Horizon Internusa Persada as a Procurement Staff and drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize supply chain operations. Based in Yogyakarta, you'll manage end-to-end procurement processes including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. This role requires strong analytical skills and market awareness to secure cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives and contribute to operational excellence in our manufacturing, transportation, and logistics division.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research and vendor analysis to identify optimal suppliers
- Manage procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract finalization
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and compliance records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams
- Develop and implement procurement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with finance and operations for budget alignment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years in procurement or purchasing roles
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Understanding of supply chain principles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations
