Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and select reliable suppliers for raw materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors to secure the best value for the company while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare, review, and issue purchase orders accurately, ensuring all specifications and quantities are correct.
- Monitor delivery schedules and track shipments to ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to understand their specific procurement needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain and update supplier databases, track supplier performance, and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist in inventory management activities, including stock checks and forecasting procurement needs.
Kualifikasi
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a similar role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all procurement activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and build relationships with suppliers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
