Tanggung Jawab
- Lead vendor selection, evaluation, and negotiation processes to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Monitor and control departmental budgets with rigorous cost management strategies
- Review and approve monthly purchasing reports for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure all purchased materials meet technical specifications and quality standards
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation potential
- Implement and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement/supply chain management experience
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budget control and financial oversight
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
- Certifications in CIPS or related procurement qualifications preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
