Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
- Supervise and mentor the procurement team, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance targets.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure the best value and service quality.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to identify risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Finance, Logistics) to forecast demand and manage inventory levels efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and internal auditing requirements for all purchasing activities.
- Analyze procurement KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and analytical skills with high ethical standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Indonesian and professional English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
