Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to meet operational demands in a manufacturing environment.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to ensure a diversified and reliable supply base.
- Manage the entire Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, from requisition request to final delivery and invoice reconciliation.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with suppliers to drive cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent stockouts or over-supply.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide informed recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal auditing, safety, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of key suppliers to ensure quality, delivery timelines, and service standards are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex vendor contracts.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment located in Cikarang.
