Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire hotel procurement process, ensuring adherence to company standards and budgetary requirements.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting performance audits and maintaining a robust vendor database.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure the most cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads to forecast demand and prevent supply shortages.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, including purchase orders, expense tracking, and cost analysis for management.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards for all incoming goods and services.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the procurement team to ensure high performance and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proven track record of cost reduction.
- Proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong command of both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
