Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition and tender evaluation to contract negotiation and final delivery.
- Lead and supervise the procurement team to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Analyze market trends and vendor performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain improvements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while actively scouting for new, reliable partners to optimize the vendor database.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal governance and financial auditing standards.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, and Operations) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and procurement spend, providing regular analytical reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in the property or manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving cost-reduction targets.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage cross-functional team collaborations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
