We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Supervisor (Assistant Manager level) to join a leading Japanese Food Manufacturing company in Cikarang, West Java. In this dynamic role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain by managing the procurement of essential raw materials and goods.
You will be responsible for driving cost savings, ensuring quality compliance, and maintaining strong partnerships with key suppliers. If you have a strong background in the manufacturing sector and possess excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, packaging, and production supplies.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable delivery schedules.
- Analyze market trends, prices, and availability to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance evaluations, and drive supplier development initiatives.
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to align procurement activities with manufacturing goals.
- Prepare and monitor procurement budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding purchasing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain Management within the Food Manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Fluency in English and conversational Japanese skills (N3/N2 level preferred) are a significant advantage.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
