Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for infrastructure materials and services across Sulawesi region
- Manage end-to-end tender processes including RFQ preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation
- Oversee contract administration ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Drive cost reduction through market analysis, supplier negotiations, and process optimization
- Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships for long-term partnerships
- Monitor procurement KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record in infrastructure or construction procurement
- Certified in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPSM) or equivalent preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage complex contracts
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations (PPK, LPSE)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
