Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers, particularly Mandarin-speaking vendors
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and cost-saving measures
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards
- Oversee purchasing operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- Develop and implement procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with procurement software and systems
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices
