Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence? CIMB Niaga Auto Finance is seeking a highly experienced Procurement & Vendor Management Department Head to lead our procurement strategies and vendor relationships. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring cost-efficiency, mitigating operational risks, and maintaining strict compliance with corporate governance.
As the department head, you will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering sustainable relationships that align with our long-term financial objectives. You will lead a high-performing team to streamline processes, enhance vendor performance monitoring, and implement digital procurement solutions that drive innovation within our financing ecosystem.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the long-term procurement strategy to ensure operational efficiency and cost optimization.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including RFP/RFQ development, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
- Establish and enforce vendor management frameworks to monitor performance, compliance, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate potential procurement-related risks by implementing robust internal controls.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team to meet department KPIs and company goals.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and internal audit teams to ensure all contracts and processes adhere to company policy and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in procurement or vendor management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, complex contract negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Strong understanding of procurement technologies, ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle), and e-procurement platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of vendor risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks within the financial services or automotive finance industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
