MediaCorp is seeking a dynamic and visionary Producer / Senior Programme Executive to join the team behind YES 933, Singapore’s premier Mandarin hit music station. As a vital part of our programming department, you will shape the sound, voice, and digital presence of a station that defines trends for the vibrant, young audience of Singapore.
In this role, you will lead the creative production process, from conceptualizing engaging segments to managing on-air talent and digital content strategy. You are a storyteller who understands the pulse of the entertainment industry and can translate trends into high-impact audio and multimedia experiences. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, plan, and execute creative programming concepts that drive listener engagement for YES 933.
- Manage end-to-end production of on-air segments, ensuring high-quality broadcast standards.
- Coordinate with on-air presenters and stakeholders to maintain the station’s vibrant brand identity.
- Monitor social media trends and market shifts to integrate current topics into programming.
- Manage the station’s content calendar and ensure consistent output across radio and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce station promotions and listener campaigns.
- Analyze audience data and listener feedback to optimize programming strategies and improve reach.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Broadcast Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in radio production, content creation, or digital media.
- Deep understanding of the Singaporean Mandarin entertainment landscape and current youth trends.
- Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools) and content management systems.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Mandarin to effectively liaise with talent and manage content.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines in a live broadcast environment.
- A proactive, creative mindset with a proven ability to innovate within a team setting.
