- Introduce and demonstrate company medical products to healthcare professionals and potential clients
- Provide technical product training and support to ensure proper usage and maximize product value
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements and new opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and medical advancements
- Prepare and deliver product presentations at medical conferences and trade shows
- Ensure excellent after-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, or related healthcare field
- Previous experience in medical device sales, product application, or technical support preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Excellent customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic technical troubleshooting
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Davao region
- Knowledge of local healthcare landscape and medical practices in Davao City
