Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to healthcare professionals
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for medical staff
- Provide responsive after-sales support and troubleshooting guidance
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new market opportunities
- Document and report client feedback to improve product offerings
- Stay updated on industry regulations and competitive product landscapes
- Assist in developing educational materials and case studies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, product support, or clinical applications
- Strong understanding of medical device technology and healthcare workflows
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Filipino
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Metro Manila
