You'll collaborate closely with traders, risk managers, and senior leadership to provide accurate position summaries, investigate discrepancies, and enhance control frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and validate daily trading positions across multiple asset classes
- Prepare and analyze P&L statements with detailed variance explanations
- Coordinate month-end/quarter-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Investigate and resolve position discrepancies with trading teams
- Develop and enhance control procedures for trading activities
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Support ad-hoc projects related to process improvements and system implementations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product control, financial control, or trading operations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
