Are you a creative professional with a keen eye for fashion and technical garment construction? Trend Studio Bali is looking for a proactive and passionate Product Developer (Garment) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the bridge between initial design concepts and the final manufactured product.

You will work closely with design, production, and quality control teams to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards for style, fit, and efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full product development lifecycle from initial tech pack creation to final garment sampling.
- Collaborate with designers to translate concepts into detailed technical specifications for production.
- Source appropriate fabrics, trims, and components that align with quality and budget requirements.
- Conduct rigorous fit sessions and ensure all garments meet company standards before bulk production.
- Monitor production timelines to ensure all development milestones are met on schedule.
- Coordinate closely with internal production teams and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product development files and material libraries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in garment product development or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric characteristics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, CLO3D, or other relevant technical design software is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to team challenges.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field is a plus.
