Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative cosmetic and personal care prototypes based on Sales department briefs and market requirements.
- Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing for new product formulations.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation, including COAs, MSDS, and product dossiers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot formulation challenges during scale-up phases.
- Source and evaluate new raw materials to enhance product efficacy and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure all product developments comply with local FDA and regional cosmetic safety regulations.
- Maintain an organized laboratory environment and detailed records of experimental trials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related science field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product development within the personal care or cosmetics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of raw material properties, formulation chemistry, and ingredient interactions.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to maintain accurate and compliant documentation.
- Proficiency in laboratory equipment and standard testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for the Sales team.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
