Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and improve product components and systems to meet quality and performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and cost-effective
- Conduct product testing and analysis to identify and resolve technical issues
- Prepare detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, drawings, and test procedures
- Monitor product performance in production and implement improvements as needed
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in product development
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of purchased components
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Product Engineer in the manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge of product development processes and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools (CAD, CAE, etc.)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural, international environment
