Tanggung Jawab
- Lead product formulation strategy and manage R&D team (5-8 scientists/technicians)
- Develop new product prototypes and optimize existing formulations
- Oversee lab operations, testing protocols, and quality control systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for commercialization planning
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for innovation opportunities
- Manage R&D budget allocation and resource planning
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D with 3+ years in leadership/management
- Proven track record of successful product launches
- Expertise in formulation development and lab techniques
- Strong project management and budget oversight skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance in FMCG/food/pharma
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
