Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for new product listings, updates, and discontinuations.
- Manage and maintain product data integrity across various systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct regular data cleansing activities to identify and correct errors, duplicates, or outdated information.
- Collaborate with product managers and suppliers to gather comprehensive product specifications and attributes.
- Generate and analyze reports on product data status, identifying areas for improvement and compliance.
- Support the Product Information team in developing and implementing data standardization processes.
- Assist in the categorization and classification of products to enhance search and navigation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for new system functionalities related to product information management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in data entry, data management, or product information roles, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is a must.
- Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, ERP, or master data management tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
