Tripledot Studios is expanding its dynamic team in Jakarta and is looking for a results-driven Product Manager to support the operation and growth of our diverse portfolio of new and legacy games. As a Product Manager at Tripledot, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of casual mobile gaming. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic vision, ensuring our products not only meet but exceed user expectations.
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with world-class engineers and designers to deliver features that resonate with millions of players. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute product strategy for both new releases and existing legacy games to maximize user retention and monetization.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept and ideation through to launch, iteration, and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze complex data sets to make informed decisions and prioritize features that drive business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery.
- Communicate product vision and roadmap updates clearly to stakeholders and the wider organization.
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming, technology, or mobile app industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile game mechanics, player psychology, and monetization strategies.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on delivery and execution.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable product insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
