In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering challenges and market-driven product requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, to define the product roadmap and ensure our solutions meet the rigorous demands of modern cloud environments. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for key data governance modules.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through to release and post-launch evaluation.
- Analyze product performance metrics to derive actionable insights for iterative improvements.
- Coordinate with UX/UI teams to ensure intuitive and secure user experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-focused product features.
- Strong understanding of data security, cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
