You will manage the end-to-end purchasing cycle, from initial vendor sourcing and price negotiation to inventory monitoring and final delivery verification. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring all playground products meet quality and timeline requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and trigger replenishment orders to prevent stockouts.
- Coordinate seamlessly with external suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing to optimize procurement costs.
- Manage the issuance, processing, and follow-up of Purchase Orders (PO) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new vendors and evaluate current supplier performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all purchasing activities and inventory movements for auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align product availability with seasonal promotional activities and business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in using ERP software or inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost-saving initiatives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast product demand effectively.
