Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for manufacturing processes
- Conduct product audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with standards
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve quality issues
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure incoming material quality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems
- Proficiency in quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D methodology)
- Experience with statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
