You will act as the bridge between our home living vision and international suppliers, ensuring that we bring the best quality products to the local market.
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will identify market trends, negotiate with overseas vendors, and manage the complex logistics of importing goods into Indonesia. Your insights will be crucial in determining which products will drive growth and customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, vet, and select reliable overseas suppliers for high-quality home living products.
- Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to determine optimal product direction and assortment.
- Manage the end-to-end import process, including logistics coordination, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international vendors to ensure profitability.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align inventory levels with market demand and promotional calendars.
- Ensure strict adherence to Indonesian import regulations and trade laws.
- Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements to reduce costs and lead times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product sourcing, procurement, or import/export.
- Strong passion and interest in the home living, furniture, or interior design industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing import logistics and navigating customs procedures.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on B2B relationships.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
