Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive clinical product training and technical demonstrations to dental, orthopedic, radiology, and cardiovascular specialists
- Develop and execute territory-specific product education strategies for key medical institutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize market penetration and sales performance
- Gather and analyze clinical feedback to inform product enhancements and market positioning
- Represent company at medical conferences, trade shows, and professional association events
- Maintain deep expertise in implant orthopedics, radiology, and cardiovascular product ecosystems
- Support pre-sales activities through clinical case studies and technical consultations
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Dentistry, Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 2 years experience as Medical Representative, Product Specialist, or Clinical Applications Specialist in medical device/pharmaceutical industry
- Proven expertise in implant orthopedics, radiology, or cardiovascular technologies strongly preferred
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills for clinical data interpretation and market trend analysis
- Certified training in medical device regulations (BPOM, FDA) or quality management systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English proficiency for technical documentation
