KalGen DNA is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Product Specialist - Diagnostic to join our expanding team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the technical bridge between our innovative diagnostic solutions and the clinical healthcare providers who rely on them. Your primary objective is to drive market adoption of our molecular diagnostic portfolio by delivering expert-level presentations, fostering customer relationships, and providing comprehensive technical support across Indonesia.
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for translating complex genetic and molecular data into actionable clinical insights for healthcare professionals. You will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to execute strategic business plans, ensuring that KalGen DNA remains a leader in the precision medicine landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-level technical product presentations and demonstrations to clinicians, laboratory managers, and hospital stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the diagnostic and genetics field.
- Provide comprehensive on-site product training and technical troubleshooting for laboratory staff using KalGen DNA products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and achieve regional revenue targets.
- Execute strategic marketing plans and product launch initiatives across various regions in Indonesia.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning.
- Support the clinical validation process and assist in the preparation of technical documentation and tender submissions.
- Prepare regular reports on market activities, sales progress, and technical inquiries for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related Life Sciences field.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a Product Specialist or Technical Sales representative in the IVD or diagnostic industry.
- Solid understanding of molecular biology techniques, including PCR, NGS, or genetic testing workflows.
- Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and explain complex scientific concepts to a diverse audience.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Indonesia to support field activities and customer needs.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
