Are you a medical professional or sales expert passionate about cutting-edge healthcare technology? Endo Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Specialist to join our team in Surabaya. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between medical innovation and clinical application, focusing on our specialized divisions: Endoscopy, Implant Orthopedic, Radiology, and In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).
In this role, you will be the primary technical authority for our product lines, providing critical support to healthcare professionals and ensuring that our medical solutions meet the highest standards of patient care. We are looking for an individual with a deep understanding of the medical device landscape who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive product knowledge strategies for the Endoscopy, Orthopedic, Radiology, and IVD portfolios.
- Provide technical training and clinical support to hospital staff, surgeons, and laboratory technicians on the proper use of medical devices.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers and medical procurement teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and hospital management.
- Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and clinical needs to provide feedback for business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to post-installation support and equipment troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the service and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of medical equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Product Specialist or Sales Representative in the medical device industry.
- Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging, endoscopic procedures, or laboratory IVD workflows.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate technical data effectively.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region for client meetings and surgical support.
