Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary technical expert for the company’s medical device portfolio in the Jawa Barat region.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and hands-on training for doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Provide clinical support during procedures to ensure optimal device performance and patient safety.
- Develop and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key opinion leaders and medical professionals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to post-sales clinical support.
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory standards and internal quality control protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related Health Sciences field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales or clinical support roles.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology and hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Jawa Barat region.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred.
