Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from market introduction to ongoing technical support for clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical practitioners and hospital staff.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the medical sector.
- Develop and implement innovative promotional strategies to increase product awareness and sales performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and hospital procurement departments.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market demand and product improvement suggestions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional consultation and problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, product management, or a clinical advisory role.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to translate technical specifications into compelling value propositions for medical professionals.
- High level of creativity, proactivity, and a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to travel as required to manage client portfolios effectively.
