Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-tier technical support to customers via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex product bugs and technical issues.
  • Document customer interactions and common technical challenges to build our internal knowledge base.
  • Assist in the testing and quality assurance of new product features before they are released.
  • Analyze user feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to the product development team.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance.
  • Participate in internal product training sessions to stay updated with product roadmap updates.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools or customer support software is a significant advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document technical processes clearly.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing startup or enterprise environment.
