Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and training for baristas and café partners.
- Develop and standardize recipes to ensure consistent quality across all client outlets.
- Provide technical support regarding machine calibration, extraction techniques, and product usage.
- Perform on-site product implementation and troubleshooting to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to present product benefits and technical value propositions to potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current market trends in coffee and beverage craft.
- Collect and report customer feedback to the R&D team for continuous product improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista, Head Barista, or Coffee Trainer.
- Strong technical knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and manual brewing equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and mentor others.
- Deep understanding of milk texturing, sensory analysis, and beverage innovation.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required for client support.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- A professional appearance and a customer-centric mindset.
- Relevant certifications in coffee brewing or sensory skills are considered a major plus.
