Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily production documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage data inputs for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems to improve throughput and accuracy.
- Liaise between the production floor and management to ensure operational bottlenecks are identified and resolved promptly.
- Generate accurate periodic reports regarding production yields, downtime, and resource allocation.
- Maintain inventory logs and coordinate with the supply chain team for material readiness.
- Ensure all documentation related to food quality control is updated and audited regularly.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site productivity and automate manual administrative tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production administration or operations, preferably in the food processing industry.
- Strong understanding or interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and digital transformation tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel/Google Sheets) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently with high precision in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to be based in Lebak, Banten.
