You will work closely with producers and creative leads to track project timelines, coordinate resources, and maintain the high quality of output our clients expect. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the production team in managing project workflows from pre-production to final delivery.
- Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication.
- Organize and manage digital assets, project documentation, and production logs.
- Support on-site or digital production activities, including setting up meetings and preparing project reports.
- Monitor daily production progress and identify potential bottlenecks to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in quality assurance processes to ensure creative deliverables meet company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media Production, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion) is a plus.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be available for a minimum of 3-6 months for the internship duration.
