Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day production operations to ensure adherence to schedules and quality protocols.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to increase output efficiency and minimize waste.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to ensure high performance and safety compliance.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with healthcare regulations, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Control, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
- Analyze production data and prepare regular performance reports for the Production Manager.
- Implement lean manufacturing initiatives to drive continuous operational improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical) or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a manufacturing environment (healthcare/biotech preferred).
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO 13485 standards.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse production teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production management software (ERP/SAP) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
