Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily manufacturing operations to meet output targets.
- Supervise and provide guidance to production staff, ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality control standards, HACCP, and GMP protocols.
- Identify bottlenecks in the production process and implement effective solutions to optimize workflow and reduce downtime.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with the warehouse team.
- Prepare regular production reports, documenting KPIs, labor costs, and material usage for senior management.
- Enforce strict occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations to maintain a zero-accident workplace environment.
- Lead training sessions for new hires and facilitate ongoing skills development for the existing workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven knowledge of spice processing, food safety standards, and manufacturing best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team of operators and technicians.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ERP or production management software.
- Effective communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and reside in or relocate to the Surabaya area.
