Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Production Manager in planning and executing daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Supervise floor staff, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations.
- Monitor production output quality and implement corrective actions to minimize defects and waste.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies for continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Manage resource allocation, including labor scheduling and raw material usage, to maintain cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery and production equipment are operating at peak efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production performance and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a distinct advantage.
