Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the production team to foster a culture of high discipline and effective cross-departmental collaboration.
- Oversee the end-to-end production process for high-precision dies and molds to ensure zero-defect output.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures for efficiency improvement.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained according to preventive maintenance schedules.
- Enforce strict adherence to ISO standards, workplace safety (K3), and quality management systems on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with the engineering department to troubleshoot technical issues during the design and fabrication phases.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports for upper management regarding output, scrap rates, and labor utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in manufacturing, specifically within a Dies Maker or Tooling environment.
- Strong leadership background with the ability to manage teams of 20+ personnel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and CNC machine operations.
- In-depth knowledge of die casting, stamping, or injection molding processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
- Willing to be stationed in the Karawang industrial area.
